The space
To the right, you’ll find a separate bedroom, furnished with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe, offering a private and cozy retreat.
Opposite the bedroom, the modern bathroom features a shower corner, single basin, bidet and is fully stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your comfort.
Moving further into the apartment, you’ll enter the open living and kitchen area, designed for both practicality and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, and even a washing machine, making it perfect for short and extended stays. A dining table sits adjacent, along with a single sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space.
The living room area is designed for comfort, featuring a sofa bed, a TV, and a small kids’ play space for little ones to enjoy. There’s also a dedicated workspace, ideal for those who need to work remotely during their stay.
Guests can enjoy a shared garden, ideal for relaxing in the fresh air or hosting a barbecue in a peaceful setting. For those seeking extra relaxation, the building features a sauna—a perfect way to unwind after a long day. The sauna is available for 35€ per day, and to ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask for bookings at least one day in advance. Additionally, private parking is conveniently located right in front of the building for a hassle-free arrival.

Other things to note
For those arriving by air, Leipzig/Halle Airport (LEJ) is the closest airport, located about 15 km from the apartment. From the airport, you can take the S-Bahn (S5 or S5X) to Leipzig Hauptbahnhof (Central Station), then transfer to a tram or bus for the short ride to the apartment. Alternatively, taxis and ride-sharing services are available at the airport for a direct and hassle-free transfer.
For those coming by train, Leipzig Hauptbahnhof is well-connected to regional and international destinations. From the station, tram and bus services provide an easy connection to the apartment.
If arriving by car, private parking is available directly in front of the building, making it hassle-free for guests traveling with their own vehicle.
Public transportation in Leipzig is efficient, with nearby tram and bus stops providing quick access to the city center and key attractions. Tickets can be purchased at vending machines or via the local transport app for added convenience.

“This is a great loft apartment on the northwest side of Leipzig. I was visiting Porsche (which is near the airport) and had a car so this was perfect. Plenty of private parking within the large residential/former industrial compound. The loft itself is great, with a separate bathroom, bedroom, and entryway and a large room with a very cool kitchen with great coffee, a new stove, and cooktop.
My only critique: this part of the listing didn’t seem accurate to me: [“Guests can enjoy a shared garden, ideal for relaxing in the fresh air or hosting a barbecue in a peaceful setting.”] While there is outdoor space, a lot of it is a parking lot and active playground. It didn’t feel like an outdoor space I could enjoy as a single traveler.”Airbnb

“Großes Apartment, Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, weil wir Familie in der Nähe besuchen wollten. Es liegt allerdings ausserhalb der Stadt. Man kommt aber öffentlich gut in die Stadt (Strassenbahn oder S-Bahn). Die Anreise (Beschreibung und Zahlencode) verlief reibungslos. Allerdings kamen die Codes für die Türen etwas sehr spät bei uns per Mail an. Für Familien mit kleineren Kindern sind die Apartments sicherlich gut geeignet! Die Apartments befinden sich auf einem Gewerbehof. Es ist meistens, vor allem aber nachts, sehr ruhig.”
