If you're renting a car, exit the airport and follow signs to the TF-1 motorway, heading east toward Santa Cruz. Take Exit 59 for San Isidro/El Médano, and follow the signs toward La Tejita and La Tejita Street Market. The Sotavento III complex is just a short drive from there, with scenic views of the coastline as you arrive.
Free street parking is typically available right next to the complex. If no spots are available immediately nearby, we recommend checking the surrounding area near La Tejita Street Market, just a few minutes’ walk away. There is also underground parking available at La Tejita Street Market for an additional fee, offering a secure and convenient alternative.
For those using public transportation, the journey is smooth and affordable. Take bus line 408 or 415 from the airport to San Isidro, then transfer to line 470 heading toward La Tejita/El Médano. The bus stops directly in front of the Sotavento III complex, just steps from the apartment—making it one of the most convenient options for non-drivers.
Taxis are available just outside the arrivals terminal. A ride to La Tejita typically takes 10–15 minutes and offers a direct, comfortable journey. You’ll be dropped off exactly where you request, whether at the main gate, the apartment entrance, or near La Tejita Street Market.
During your stay, the nearest taxi stop is located in front of La Tejita Street Market, just a short walk from the property. While a taxi may not always be waiting there, contact information is posted at the stand, allowing you to easily call for pickup if needed.

“Fazit: Funktional mit wenigen Vorteilen, für uns irreführende Balkon-Beschreibung, nicht einladender Pool, schlechter Schlafkomfort, Lärmbelästigung und dem tristen Ort machten den Aufenthalt ungenießbar. Für uns nicht ideal!Wir brauchten drei Tage Pause in einem ordentlichen Hotel um uns den Urlaub nicht durch diese Unterkunft und dem Ort vermiesen zu lassen. Warum?Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet mit allem Nötigen und bot durch Oberlichter angenehmes Tageslicht. TV, WLAN, Waschmaschine. Alles Top. Der Parkplatz war praktisch, die Flughafennähe ermöglichte schnelle Anreise. Mit Mietwagen erreichte man schnell schönere Küstenorte. Der schöne einsame Strand bot Liegen (7,50/Tag) und FKK-Bereich, war aber sehr windig.Weniger gut:Der im Inserat gezeigte Balkon mit Blick auf Pool, Berg und Meer gehört zwar exklusiv zur Wohnung, ist aber nicht direkt aus der Wohnung. zugänglich. Zugang nur über Hausflur. Für uns ein No-Go und irreführend. Der direkt aus der Wohnung zugängliche Balkon zeigte nur laute, Folien bedeckte Plantagen. Der Pool wirkte ungenutzt ohne Liegen oder Sitzplätze. Die ungemütlichen Matratzen machen bei jeder Bewegung Geräusche. Die Couch ebenfalls ungemütlich. Nach zwei schlaflosen Nächten flüchteten wir zur Erholung für drei Tage in ein Hotel. Nächtlicher Fluglärm und Foliengeräusche der Plantage mache Schlafen mit offenem Fenster unmöglich. Der Ort ist geprägt von tristen, einheitlichen Apartmentblöcken und riesen Baustellen. Siehe Google Maps.”

“Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Anlage, wo sich das Appartement befindet, ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und man fühlt sich sehr sicher. Der Pool ist ein tolles extra. Den Strand kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen, für ein paar schöne Cafés, Bars und Restaurants fährt man am besten nach Medano mit einem Leihwagen, Bus oder man läuft ca. 35 min.
Für die schöne Sonnenterasse muss man einmal raus aus der Wohnung und über den Hausflur, was kein Problem ist.
Bei dem Balkon, der ans Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer grenzt, hat man leider nicht so eine schöne Aussicht und schaut auf Gewächsplanen. „Malerische Aussicht“ wie in der Beschreibung ist etwas übertrieben.
Ansonsten war die Unterkunft sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Danke für die schöne Zeit.”Airbnb

“Très bonne gestion de Coastflat pour cet appartement tip top dans une très jolie résidence au calme, avec piscine, et à proximité de la plage, de belles balades et d'un petit super marché.. De restaurants également si vous le souhaitez.
Nous avons passé un séjour génial ! Nous n'avons manqué de rien (appartement très bien équipé) et notre hôte a toujours su nous renseigner... Et 2 terrasses privées !!! Le soleil à tout moment de la journée !
