This thoughtfully designed one-bedroom loft offers a peaceful and private retreat - perfect for couples, families, and remote workers seeking comfort and style in Leipzig. Situated on the ground floor, it blends modern amenities with a cozy atmosphere, making it ideal for both short getaways and extended stays.
As you enter, a welcoming hallway with a full-length mirror and open wardrobe provides plenty of space to settle in. To the left, the bathroom features a walk-in shower and sleek contemporary finishes - perfect for refreshing after a day of exploring. The heart of the loft opens into a bright, airy living space with direct access to your own private furnished patio - perfect for relaxed breakfasts, evening drinks, or quiet remote-work sessions outdoors. A fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave, and coffee/tea maker, while warm cabinetry and wood-style countertops create a homely feel. The dining table comfortably seats four, making it ideal for meals with family or friends. The sleeping area features a plush king-size bed and a compact workspace - ideal for digital nomads or work-from-anywhere guests.
Families will appreciate the open layout and easy access to a playground located in the building’s courtyard - a great bonus for little ones to enjoy safe outdoor play. Guests also enjoy access to a shared garden with BBQ area, and for extra relaxation, the building offers a bookable sauna. The sauna is available for 35€ per day, and to ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask for bookings at least one day in advance. Private parking is available directly in front of the building for a smooth, hassle-free arrival.

“Prachtig nieuwbouw appartement met terras. Volledig ingerichte keuken. Vaatwas en tabletten voorradig. Groot en meer dan voldoende opbergruimte. Wat zoeken naar de verduistering en eenmaal gevonden prima. Gezellig terras al zou een opstapje vanuit de living handiger zijn. Prima douche. Geen gedoe met sleutels doch een interessant en handig codesysteem. Om de hoek is een Netto met interessante openingsuren en een Aldi. Wat verder is een fijne bakkerij. Op een boogscheut van het centrum van Leipzig waar men gratis kan parkeren in de omgeving van de Hans Tauchnitz strasse.
Wie van Bauhaus houdt raad ik aan om het Rabe haus te bezoeken op een kwartiertje rijden. De verborgen dure parel in zijn soort.”Booking.com
