The space
Step through the welcoming hallway into an open-concept living area filled with natural light. A cozy lounge corner with a sofa and armchair invites you to unwind, while the cheerful dining table comfortably seats four – perfect for shared meals, laptop work, or planning your next adventure.
The fully equipped kitchen features a stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and coffee/tea maker, making home-cooked meals effortless. Sleep soundly in a plush king-size bed, thoughtfully set apart by a decorative room divider for added visual comfort. Soft textures and curated details throughout the space create a warm, homey atmosphere.
One of the standout features is your private furnished patio – a perfect spot for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening air. Families will also love the shared courtyard with a children’s playground, located just steps from your door.
Additional amenities include access to a shared garden with BBQ area and a bookable sauna for extra relaxation. The sauna is available for €35 per day; we kindly ask that bookings be made at least one day in advance. Private parking is available directly in front of the building for a smooth, hassle-free arrival.

From the airport, you can take the S-Bahn (S5 or S5X) to Leipzig Hauptbahnhof (Central Station), then transfer to a tram or bus for the short ride to the apartment. Alternatively, taxis and ride-sharing services are available at the airport for a direct and hassle-free transfer.
For those coming by train, Leipzig Hauptbahnhof is well-connected to regional and international destinations. From the station, tram and bus services provide an easy connection to the apartment.
If arriving by car, private parking is available directly in front of the building, making it hassle-free for guests traveling with their own vehicle.
Public transportation in Leipzig is efficient, with nearby tram and bus stops providing quick access to the city center and key attractions. Tickets can be purchased at vending machines or via the local transport app for added convenience.

“Unser Aufenthalt bei Loft Apartments war super. Durch die privaten Parkplätze mit verriegeltem Tor zur Einfahrt haben wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war ordentlich und sauber. Die Gastgeber und die Nachbarn der Unterkunft waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.

“Super Lage und nicht viel Verkehr. Man hat Netto und Aldi direkt in der Nähe, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Bett konnte man gut schlafen. Die Terrasse ist super und dort kann man auch Grillen. Man bekommt sofort Hilfe, wenn sie benötigt wird. Würde jederzeit wieder das Zimmer buchen.”

Es gab keine adäquate Lüftungsmöglichkeit, teils waren Fenster verriegelt. Die drahtlose Internetverbindung war zum Teil instabil, sodass man das Onlineangebot des Fernsehers nicht voll nutzen konnte. Der Preis ist etwas zu hoch für das Gebotene — ergo kein optimales Preis‑Leistungs‑Verhältnis.”
