The space
Welcome to a spacious garden apartment made for families and friends travelling together, with the Vienna Woods on the doorstep and the city about half an hour away.
Outside is where this apartment shines: a 38 m² wraparound terrace with two outdoor dining areas and a hammock, opening onto a private fenced garden with views of the wooded hills. Inside, the bright open-plan living and dining area has a green sofa that converts into a 160 × 200 cm double bed, a smart TV and a large tapestry-style artwork. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine.
Both bedrooms have 180 × 200 cm double beds, landscape murals and arched wardrobes; both open onto the terrace, and one of them has its own TV. The bathroom has a glass shower, a bathtub, twin washbasins and a washing machine, and there is a separate WC. A writing desk sits beside the kitchen. Underfloor heating and Wi-Fi run throughout.

Hinterbrühl is a green village on the edge of the Vienna Woods (Wienerwald), just south-west of Vienna and next to the historic town of Mödling. Walking trails lead from the village into the wooded hills of the Föhrenberge nature park.
The Seegrotte — a former mine with one of Europe's largest underground lakes and boat tours — is in Hinterbrühl itself. The Höldrichsmühle, associated with Franz Schubert, Burg Liechtenstein in Maria Enzersdorf, and the old town of Mödling with its cafés and castle ruin are all a short drive away.
For everyday needs, a BILLA supermarket and a pharmacy are on Hauptstraße, the village's main street. Gasthaus zur Weintraube serves traditional Austrian food, and the Felsenheuriger Freudorfer is a classic Heuriger for local wine and regional dishes.

Hauptstraße 80 is a newly completed building with a lift, which also serves the underground garage. Some finishing work in the grounds, the entrance corridors and the stairwell may still be under way during autumn 2026.

Getting around
A car is the most convenient way to explore the area: Vienna city centre is about 25–35 minutes away and Vienna International Airport around 30–40 minutes, depending on traffic. Parking is free along Hauptstraße.
By public transport, bus lines 264 and 265 connect Hinterbrühl with Mödling railway station, where frequent trains run into Vienna; allow 45–60 minutes in total to the city centre. Timetables and tickets are available in the VOR AnachB app. Taxis and pre-booked airport transfers offer a door-to-door alternative.
