Designed for families, couples, and remote workers, the home unfolds across two light-filled levels.
The main floor centres on an airy open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space framed by wide glazing and sea views. Prepare relaxed breakfasts in the fully equipped kitchen, gather around the six-seat dining table, or step onto the terraces for coffee and sunset drinks. Outside, the secluded heated pool pairs Adriatic views with complete privacy from the neighbouring apartments, while the BBQ and alfresco areas invite slow afternoons beneath the Kvarner sky.
Three serene bedrooms accommodate up to six guests, each with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and calming natural tones. Two bedrooms include televisions, while the third pairs a queen wall bed with a dedicated workspace for quiet, comfortable remote work.
Two full bathrooms and a WC bring ease to shared stays. Upstairs, a generous Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects both bedrooms through lockable doors and features two showers, two basins and a WC.
