If you’re renting a car, take the TF-1 motorway heading west toward Costa Adeje/Playa de las Américas. Exits for Costa Adeje will bring you close to the villa, where parking is available nearby. Renting a car is the most flexible way to explore Tenerife at your own pace, from scenic beaches to mountain excursions.
For guests using public transportation, direct bus lines from the airport (such as lines 40, 111, or 343) connect to Costa Adeje Bus Station in around 25 - 30 minutes. From there, a short local bus ride, taxi, or pleasant walk will bring you to the villa.
Taxis are available just outside the arrivals terminal and provide a convenient door-to-door option, usually taking around 20 minutes to reach Costa Adeje - ideal for travellers with luggage or arriving late at night.

“The villa was great and matched the description and photos. Pool was great, garden area welll equipped, and lots of space in the villa. A few niggles struggling to find towels and amenities, but fixed quickly with responsive communications from CoastFlat. Location of villa has pros and cons - nice area with nearby good local cafe and pizzeria, play park, sports courts and outdoor gym. Clearly a more upmarket area up away from the busy beach area. However, car/taxi obviously then required to go anywhere of note - the 1.2 mile walk to beach is fine, but not exactly enjoyable for family with kids.”

Update: Management’s response contains false allegations. We caused no damage and never requested a refund—I only asked them to acknowledge the safety concerns and explain how they would address them. I have photographs from our arrival documenting the villa’s existing damage, and my daughter subsequently required A&E treatment following the incident. Their lack of concern and attempt to discredit us publicly are extremely unprofessional.”Booking.com

“The villa was spotless and very well equipped. Full size toiletries were a nice touch. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. Bedrooms were clean, spacious and well presented. The outside space is well looked after, plenty of different areas to enjoy the sun. The pool was good, although was not warm.
Both balconies/terraces are located at the top of the villa, off the ‘gym’, which wasn’t clear from the listing. Also, the ‘gym’ was too small to be functional. However, this didn’t detract from our stay.
The only issue we really had, which had nothing to do with the host, was the dog in the property facing the villa. It is kept outside day and night and barks. A lot!”Airbnb
