The space
Continuing further into the apartment, the kitchen is located on the left, fully equipped with a fridge, oven, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle—perfect for preparing meals during your stay.
The heart of the loft is the open living area, designed for both relaxation and functionality. It features a comfortable double bed, a dining area, and a cozy living room setup with a sofa bed and a smart TV for entertainment. Additionally, there is a charming play-kitchen and a small desk, specially designed for toddlers, ensuring a family-friendly stay.
Guests can enjoy a shared garden, ideal for relaxing in the fresh air or hosting a barbecue in a peaceful setting. For those seeking extra relaxation, the building features a sauna—a perfect way to unwind after a long day. The sauna is available for 35€ per day, and to ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask for bookings at least one day in advance. Additionally, private parking is conveniently located right in front of the building for a hassle-free arrival.

From the airport, you can take the S-Bahn (S5 or S5X) to Leipzig Hauptbahnhof (Central Station), then transfer to a tram or bus for the short ride to the apartment. Alternatively, taxis and ride-sharing services are available at the airport for a direct and hassle-free transfer.
For those coming by train, Leipzig Hauptbahnhof is well-connected to regional and international destinations. From the station, tram and bus services provide an easy connection to the apartment.
If arriving by car, private parking is available directly in front of the building, making it hassle-free for guests traveling with their own vehicle.
