The space

Step into laid-back elegance at Palmera Sky Terrace Suite - a sun-filled four-bedroom getaway where open spaces, indoor-outdoor flow, and island textures come together for a modern coastal retreat.

Gather in the expansive open-concept living and dining room, where soft neutrals, custom lighting, and thoughtfully styled seating create a welcoming ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen features sleek countertops, modern appliances, and everything needed to prepare anything from lazy breakfasts to home-style dinners.

The main bedroom offers a calming sanctuary with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a spa-style ensuite bathroom. Three additional bedrooms offer comfort and flexibility for families or groups, each styled with soothing tones and ample storage. The suite includes three modern bathrooms - all with spacious walk-in showers and elegant finishes - providing both comfort and privacy for every guest.

Outside, enjoy two distinct terraces that extend your living space under the island sky. The ground-floor terrace is perfect for shaded alfresco meals or a morning coffee surrounded by greenery. Just a walk from the apartment, you’ll find stunning natural spots like the Montaña Amarilla and the nearby coastline, where you can enjoy picturesque hiking trails and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. The local beaches, such as Playa de las Galletas and Playa Amarilla, offer great spots for sunbathing, swimming, and snorkelling in crystal-clear waters. For those who love outdoor activities, Costa del Silencio is home to several excellent golf courses, including Golf del Sur and Amarilla Golf, perfect for enjoying a round of golf amidst beautiful landscapes. Other things to note

Getting to the Palmera Sky Suite from Tenerife South Airport (TFS) is straightforward and takes about 15–20 minutes by car.

By car, exit the airport and follow the signs to the TF-1 motorway. Once on the TF-1, head toward Los Cristianos/Arona and continue for about 10 kilometers. Take exit 62 for Las Galletas/Guaza/Los Cristianos, and at the roundabout, take the third exit onto TF-66, following the signs for Las Galletas/Costa del Silencio. Stay on TF-66 for approximately 5 kilometers, then turn onto the road that leads into Costa del Silencio. From there, it’s just a short drive to the Palmera Sky Terrace Suite.

If you are using public transportation, take bus route 415 from TFS Airport toward Ten Bel. Once you arrive at the Ten Bel bus stop, it is a short walk to the apartment.

Taxis are also available directly outside the arrivals terminal at Tenerife South Airport. The journey by taxi to Costa del Silencio takes about 15–20 minutes.

For those who have pre-booked a shuttle service, the driver will pick you up at the airport and take you directly to Costa del Silencio, where the Palmera Sky Suite is located.

No matter which mode of transport you choose, the trip from Tenerife South Airport to Costa del Silencio is quick and convenient.

Getting around

Getting around from the apartment in Costa del Silencio is easy and convenient, giving you access to all the top attractions in Tenerife. If you’re renting a car, there’s ample parking available, making it the most flexible way to explore the island. Within just a short drive, you can reach popular tourist spots like Los Cristianos and Playa de las Américas, where you’ll find beautiful beaches, vibrant nightlife, shopping, and dining. The TF-1 motorway is also nearby, providing easy access to other must-see destinations like Siam Park, Loro Parque, and the Teide National Park. For those preferring public transportation, the local bus service is reliable and connects Costa del Silencio to nearby towns and attractions. The closest bus stops are within walking distance from the apartment, offering routes to Los Cristianos, Playa de las Américas, and beyond. This is an affordable and convenient option, especially if you prefer not to drive. Taxis are readily available in the area and can be hailed on the street or booked by phone. They are a quick and comfortable option for reaching nearby tourist areas or heading to the airport. If you enjoy cycling, Costa del Silencio is relatively flat, making it a bike-friendly area. You can rent bicycles locally and explore the scenic coastal routes at your own pace. Терасата на горния етаж е наистина уникална и огромна, с красива гледка с палми наоколо.Комуникацията беше отлична, няколко пъти писах с въпроси на които винаги ми отговаряха много бързо.     “Die Unterkunft ist riesig und exakt im Zustand wie auf den Bildern gesehen. Das absolute Highlight ist die komplett private riesige und sehr sonnige Dachterrasse (selbst im Dezember bis 17:15 Uhr Sonne).
    Ansonsten eine wirklich luxeriöse Ausstattung (Hauptbad, begehbares Ankleidezimmer, Küche). Das Haus bleibt angenehm kühl.
    Alle Restaurants im Ort sind fußläufig erreichbar, genauso wie einige Supermärkte. Die Lage ist insgesamt sehr ruhig und etwas außerhalb des Touristen Trubels.

    “Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage von Bungalows. Wir hatten niemals Lärm von Nachbarn oder Partys in der Nähe.
    Das Apartment ist neu saniert und sehr luxuriös ausgestattet. Mit etwa 150qm wirkt es wirklich riesig. Für eine Familie oder Gruppe von Freunden ist es sehr komfortabel. Die Küche ist neu und ebenso alle Möbel. Es ist exakt wie auf den Bildern abgebildet, also keine Mogelpackung. Es wirkt wie ein luxuriöses Penthouse. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt wie Kochutensilien, genug Besteck, Handtücher, Duschgel, Waschmittel etc.
    Auf dem Sonnendeck auf dem Dach kann man frühstücken und sich entspannen in der Sonne. Im Wintergarten kann man das Abendessen genießen.
    In 5 Minuten erreicht man einen kleinen aber feinen Strand, der ruhig ist und von wenigen Leuten besucht wird sowie mit einem kleinen Hügel für eine schöne Aussicht.
    In 5 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß einen Supermarkt, vergleichbar mit einem Aldi. Im Ort gibt es ein paar Bars und gute Restaurants.
    In der Wohnanlage sowie an der Straße war immer ein Parkplatz vorhanden. Die Wohnanlage wurde regelmäßig von einem Gärtner gepflegt.
    Den Flughafen erreicht man in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Nach Los Christianos etwa 25 Minuten je nach Verkehrslage.
    Der Vermieter hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert.”
