Las puertas corredizas de vidrio conducen a un amplio balcón con impresionantes vistas al océano y a la piscina, el lugar perfecto para disfrutar del café matutino o una copa por la noche.
El dormitorio ofrece un refugio de tranquilidad con una lujosa cama king-size y ropa de cama de alta calidad para noches de descanso reparador. Un espacioso armario proporciona comodidad y organización.
Para trabajadores remotos o nómadas digitales, el apartamento incluye un espacio de trabajo dedicado. Esta área versátil también puede transformarse en un dormitorio adicional: simplemente pliega el escritorio y despliega el cómodo sofá cama para crear un espacio extra para dormir, ideal para familias o invitados.

En coche:
Sal del Aeropuerto de Tenerife Sur y toma la autopista TF-1 en dirección a Los Cristianos.
Continúa durante aproximadamente 4 km y toma la salida 62 hacia San Miguel/Los Abrigos/Las Galletas.
Incorpórate a la TF-65 y, en la rotonda, toma la segunda salida para seguir por la TF-65.
Sigue las indicaciones hacia Golf del Sur.
Después de unos 5 km, llegarás a otra rotonda; toma la tercera salida hacia Av. J.M. Galván Bello.
Continúa recto y, tras aproximadamente 1.5 km, encontrarás los Apartamentos Parque Verde a tu izquierda.
En taxi:
Los taxis están disponibles justo fuera de la terminal de llegadas del aeropuerto.
El trayecto hasta Apartamentos Parque Verde dura aproximadamente 15 minutos, dependiendo del tráfico.
Es la opción más cómoda si buscas un viaje directo.
En autobús:
Toma el autobús de la línea 415 desde el aeropuerto en dirección a Los Cristianos (el servicio opera cada hora).
Baja en la parada Golf del Sur.
Desde allí, Apartamentos Parque Verde está a solo 5-10 minutos a pie.
El autobús es una opción económica y el trayecto dura entre 20 y 30 minutos, aunque puede no ser ideal si llegas tarde o llevas mucho equipaje.

Hay opciones de transporte público disponibles, con paradas de autobús cercanas que te llevarán a otros destinos de la isla. Ya sea que quieras jugar al golf en el campo cercano o explorar los encantadores pueblos y ciudades de los alrededores, todo lo que necesitas está a tu alcance.

-whole Green Park complex is a bit on an old side, so don't expect super nice environment.
-apartment is above restaurant where people are playing Bingo every evening so it's on a noisy side, however if windows are closed then noise is minimal.”

“Our stay exceeded all expectations. The apartment perfectly balanced modern elegance with a warm, home-like atmosphere, and it was every bit as beautiful as the photos presented during booking. Walking through the door and finding that the property genuinely matched its online listing immediately put us at ease.
The level of comfort and convenience provided was exceptional. The apartment was equipped with everything we could possibly need, including an iPad for guest use, two smart TVs with access to streaming services, a dishwasher, washing machine, and countless other thoughtful amenities that made our stay effortless and enjoyable.
What truly set this property apart was the attention to detail. After arriving from the airport, we were delighted to find a lovely welcome package waiting for us, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The hosts clearly put great care into the guest experience, from attaching an AirTag to the pool access card to help prevent it from being misplaced, to providing parasols that guests could take to the beach—an incredibly useful touch that we made great use of during our stay.
Communication was excellent throughout. The instructions for locating and accessing the property were clear and easy to follow, and any questions we had were answered promptly and helpfully.
This was one of the most well-equipped and thoughtfully managed properties we have stayed in. Every detail seemed carefully considered to ensure guests had a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable experience. “Der Aufenthalt im "Green Park Smart Home" von "CoastFlat" hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern und super ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend - sehr schnell, freundlich und immer bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten, was auch gelungen ist! In der Nähe der Unterkunft befinden sich mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants. Im Innenhof der Anlage befindet sich eine Bar in der an einigen Abenden in der Woche Livemusik, Karaoke und Bingo stattfindet.
Auch wenn die Unterkunft nahezu perfekt war, können wir leider nur 4 Sterne geben. Einen Stern Abzug müssen wir geben, weil die Unterkunft direkt in der Flugschneise des Flughafens liegt und uns der Fluglärm sehr gestört hat.
Wen das nicht stört, der wird sich hier sehr wohl fühlen und einen tollen Urlaub verbringen!”Airbnb

“Self check in facile e veloce. Appartamento bellissimo e in una bella zona, con l'auto potete facilmente spostarvi per esplorare Tenerife. Pulitissimo, quando siamo arrivati ci hanno anche fatto trovare delle patatine e del prosecco inoltre ha una cucina dotata di tutto (frigo, microonde, forno, tostapane, lavastoviglie, piatti e bicchieri) bagno molto bello dotato anche di asciugacapelli molto potente. Anche sul balcone niente da dire con una bella vista sulla piscina.”

There is a shop downstairs for grocery and small bits and bobs and a small coffee shop, so really convenient.
