Die Unterkunft
Der Wohnbereich ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lädt mit bequemen Sitzmöbeln zum Verweilen ein. Große Glasschiebetüren führen auf den großzügigen Balkon mit traumhaftem Blick auf das Meer und den Pool – der ideale Ort für den Morgenkaffee oder einen Drink am Abend.
Das Schlafzimmer ist ein Rückzugsort mit einem luxuriösen Kingsize-Bett und hochwertigen Bettwaren für erholsame Nächte. Ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank sorgt für zusätzlichen Komfort und Ordnung.

Mit dem Auto:
Verlassen Sie den Flughafen Teneriffa Süd und nehmen Sie die Autobahn TF-1 in Richtung Los Cristianos.
Fahren Sie ca. 4 km und nehmen Sie die Ausfahrt 62 in Richtung San Miguel / Los Abrigos / Las Galletas.
Fahren Sie auf die TF-65 und nehmen Sie im Kreisverkehr die zweite Ausfahrt, um auf der TF-65 zu bleiben.
Folgen Sie den Schildern nach Golf del Sur.
Nach ca. 5 km erreichen Sie einen weiteren Kreisverkehr – nehmen Sie dort die dritte Ausfahrt auf die Av. J.M. Galván Bello.
Fahren Sie geradeaus, und nach etwa 1,5 km befindet sich das Apartamentos Parque Verde auf der linken Seite.
Mit dem Taxi:
Taxis stehen direkt vor dem Ankunftsterminal am Flughafen TFS bereit.
Die Fahrt zum Apartamentos Parque Verde dauert je nach Verkehr etwa 15 Minuten.
Diese Option ist besonders bequem, wenn Sie direkt und ohne Umwege ankommen möchten.
Mit dem Bus:
Nehmen Sie die Buslinie 415 vom Flughafen in Richtung Los Cristianos (fährt stündlich).
Steigen Sie an der Haltestelle Golf del Sur aus.
Von dort sind es nur 5–10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zu den Apartamentos Parque Verde.
Die Busfahrt ist eine kostengünstige Option und dauert etwa 20–30 Minuten, ist jedoch bei später Ankunft oder viel Gepäck eventuell weniger komfortabel.

+kitchen have all the necessities.
-whole Green Park complex is a bit on an old side, so don't expect super nice environment.
-apartment is above restaurant where people are playing Bingo every evening so it's on a noisy side, however if windows are closed then noise is minimal.”

“Our stay exceeded all expectations. The apartment perfectly balanced modern elegance with a warm, home-like atmosphere, and it was every bit as beautiful as the photos presented during booking. Walking through the door and finding that the property genuinely matched its online listing immediately put us at ease.
The level of comfort and convenience provided was exceptional. The apartment was equipped with everything we could possibly need, including an iPad for guest use, two smart TVs with access to streaming services, a dishwasher, washing machine, and countless other thoughtful amenities that made our stay effortless and enjoyable.
What truly set this property apart was the attention to detail. After arriving from the airport, we were delighted to find a lovely welcome package waiting for us, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The hosts clearly put great care into the guest experience, from attaching an AirTag to the pool access card to help prevent it from being misplaced, to providing parasols that guests could take to the beach—an incredibly useful touch that we made great use of during our stay.
Communication was excellent throughout. The instructions for locating and accessing the property were clear and easy to follow, and any questions we had were answered promptly and helpfully.
This was one of the most well-equipped and thoughtfully managed properties we have stayed in. Every detail seemed carefully considered to ensure guests had a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable experience. “Der Aufenthalt im "Green Park Smart Home" von "CoastFlat" hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern und super ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend - sehr schnell, freundlich und immer bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten, was auch gelungen ist! In der Nähe der Unterkunft befinden sich mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants. Im Innenhof der Anlage befindet sich eine Bar in der an einigen Abenden in der Woche Livemusik, Karaoke und Bingo stattfindet.
Auch wenn die Unterkunft nahezu perfekt war, können wir leider nur 4 Sterne geben. Einen Stern Abzug müssen wir geben, weil die Unterkunft direkt in der Flugschneise des Flughafens liegt und uns der Fluglärm sehr gestört hat.
Wen das nicht stört, der wird sich hier sehr wohl fühlen und einen tollen Urlaub verbringen!”Airbnb

“Self check in facile e veloce. Appartamento bellissimo e in una bella zona, con l'auto potete facilmente spostarvi per esplorare Tenerife. Pulitissimo, quando siamo arrivati ci hanno anche fatto trovare delle patatine e del prosecco inoltre ha una cucina dotata di tutto (frigo, microonde, forno, tostapane, lavastoviglie, piatti e bicchieri) bagno molto bello dotato anche di asciugacapelli molto potente. Anche sul balcone niente da dire con una bella vista sulla piscina.”

There is a shop downstairs for grocery and small bits and bobs and a small coffee shop, so really convenient.
