“We enjoyed our 18-day stay in this spacious apartment. We were there with three adults. The online description is quite an accurate representation of what we found. We were a little disappointed in that the day before our arrival we were informed that 2 of the 4 burners on the stove were not usable, and that the freezer of the fridge did not work. Also, the top drawer below the kitchen counter was not functional. While the availability of the iPads was a nice touch, neither of the iPads had any charge on them. The extension multiplug cable in the main bedroom had no power to it. Since we had our own technologies with us (i.e., iPads, smart phones, and laptop) , these were not an issue for us. The mirror lights in the bathroom did not work. I also had some difficulty uploading our passport information. These issues could be easily repaired and would have provided a 5-star rating. We thank our host for his efficient responses.”

“Wonderful apartment designed with guests' comfort in mind
This was my second stay with CoastFlat Collection – first in Tenerife with my family and now in Vienna for a business trip. On both occasions, the experience has been exceptional.
The Vienna apartment was impeccably clean, welcoming, and ideally situated near the Danube in a nice and peaceful area. The seamless access via smart locks was incredibly convenient, and the thoughtfully equipped workspace—with a large desk, monitor, and high-speed internet—ensured I could work efficiently and comfortably.
I look forward to staying with them again.”Airbnb
