“Everything was fine. The apartments are very comfortable, spacious, bright. Magnificent terrace with a view of the sea. Fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine). Very comfortable beds with mattresses, sets of towels for everyone. And, of course, a wonderful pool, which is cleaned every day.”

“Perfect Family Getaway

We had a fantastic stay in the apartment!
It was spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable, and well-equipped, with a Sonos sound system that our family loved.
The smart lock system made check-in simple, and the complex features a large pool for both kids and adults, plus a tennis court.
The apartment even provides tennis rackets and balls to use, which was a nice touch.
The location is perfect – just steps from the promenade, beaches, restaurants, and bars.
Communication with the management was smooth and very helpful.
Highly recommend it for a relaxing and fun stay!”

“The property is quite far from most attractions and conveniences. Some of the amenities feel very dated and could use an upgrade. Hot water does work, but it takes about two minutes before it starts flowing, which can be inconvenient. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the location and aging facilities may not suit everyone.”

“we had a lovely stay in CoastFlat. The apartment was spotless amd very modern when we got there and they had left us a lovely welcome pack and nice treats for the children. The apartment has everything we needed and lots of storage. I would defiantly look at staying here again if we are back in Los Cristianos.”

“Location safe, quiet but very near everything ( beach, bars, restaurants, promenade walk from Los cristianos to adeje etc) grounds well manicured and cleaned daily by very friendly staff.
Apartment spotlessly clean, bedroom and bathroom each, everything provided including toiletries and welcome pack. Modern kitchen fitted with everything from coffee maker to dishwasher and washing machine. Large smart tvs in bedrooms and living room....too busy to use but present if needed.
Very close to supermarket.
Lovely, large pool...cleaned meticulously every day. No drama with pool beds as provided by apartment.”

La situation est idéale : calme et proche de la mer.
Le supermarché en dessous, ouvert 7j/7 jusque 22 heures est un réel plus.
Très agréable d'avoir une place de parking.

The apartment was ready for us(bottle of champagne 🍾 including), equipped with high quality appliances, cutlery, entertainment, high speed internet. We had everything included (beach towels, umbrellas, sunbeds for swimming pool, tennis sets) for our vacation. Instructions clear, communication perfect in the background.

We would be happy to come again.”

“Die Wohnung ist technisch sehr gut ausgestattet. Überdurchschnittlich....
Alle Räume sind sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet.
Die Tiefgarage unten drunter ist natürlich sehr praktisch. Auch der Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung liegt nicht weit vom Strand, allerdings ist der Ort sehr zugebaut.”

Apartment short walk down to sea front. sandy beach further walk over along boardwalk.. Management company great quick response to any query and they advised us we could stay on last day until 6.30pm which was great as next people were not arriving until late.”

“the apartment is beautiful and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The pool was great and clean but you do need to carry the two beds yourself every day which was not ideal as four people stayed. The beach is about a ten minute walk away”
